Job Duties & Responsibilities
•    Partner with clinical teams, operational leaders, and subject matter experts to understand challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
•    Prepare, validate, and transform data to ensure high-quality analyses and models.
•    Apply statistical, machine learning, and AI techniques to solve healthcare and business problems.
•    Develop, test, and optimize predictive models and analytical algorithms.
•    Design and enhance model features to improve accuracy, reliability, and performance.
•    Identify opportunities to improve patient care, hospital operations, and organizational outcomes through analytics.
•    Translate complex analyses into actionable insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
•    Create compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and presentations that communicate findings effectively.
•    Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
•    Manage priorities, communicate project status, and proactively address risks and issues.
•    Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver innovative analytics and AI solutions.
Skills & Requirements
•    Master’s degree in data science, mathematics, computer science, statistics, engineering, analytics, life sciences, economics, finance, business or a specific healthcare field (such as nursing, pharmacy, respiratory, etc.) required.
•    1 year experience in data science, data analytics, business analysis, data modeling, statistical analysis, statistical modeling, or machine learning preferred.
