We are looking for an Associate Director/Director, Corporate Development. Reporting to Medison’s Head of Corporate Development, this individual will lead structuring and valuation, assess and execute transactions that align with our long-term growth strategy. This is a great opportunity for a proactive, result-oriented professional with deep experience in valuation and transaction execution in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or other advance degree strongly preferred.
  • 7-12 years experience in corporate/business development with primary experience in valuation/BD Finance in the pharma/biotech industry. Investment banking and management consulting will be also considered.
  • Demonstrated successful track record in executing transactions, as lead or key contributor. Strong preference for candidates with M&A experience and late-stage or commercial transactions.
  • Strong expertise in valuation techniques including DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the drug development lifecycle and regulatory pathways.
  • Entrepreneurial mind set, highly driven, hands-on, excited by fast-paced hyper growth company.
  • Collaborative - builds trust and alignment across teams and seniority.

Location: United States (Greater NY or Greater Boston preferred; remote position)

Reports to: Head of Corporate Development


Expected Base Pay Range (USD): $160,000 to $240,000 per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
