Seeking a strategic execution leader and trusted advisor to National Performance leadership. This role combines Chief of Staff responsibilities with enterprise program leadership, driving strategic initiatives across Care at Home related to performance management, care delivery model enhancements, regulatory readiness, governance, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will bring strong executive partnership skills, enterprise program management expertise, and the ability to influence across a complex national organization.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

The salary for this role will range from $112,700 - $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to define priorities, facilitate decision-making, and drive execution of strategic objectives
- Manage leadership operating cadence, including staff meetings, performance reviews, planning sessions, and governance forums
- Ensure executive decisions are translated into actionable plans with clear ownership, accountability, and timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional work across Market Operations, Clinical Operations, Product, Reporting & Analytics, Technology, Compliance, Regulatory, Finance, and other business partners
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, resource constraints, and competing priorities
- Ensure initiatives remain aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational goals
- Facilitate monthly and quarterly performance reviews and business operating reviews
- Drive accountability and performance improvement across national and market teams

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, program management, portfolio management or related leadership roles
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams and driving organizational priorities
- Experience using Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience operating successfully in highly matrixed and rapidly evolving environments
- Proven advanced program and project management capabilities, including governance, planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations
- Proven exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills
- Proven ability to influence and build consensus across multiple levels of leadership without direct authority
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare, managed care, home-based care, care management, population health, or provider operations experience
- Experience supporting enterprise performance management initiatives
- Experience supporting regulatory readiness and reporting initiatives
- Experience leading enterprise transformation and organizational change efforts
- Experience using Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and/or Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with Home & Community Care Delivery, United Care at Home operations, and/or care delivery models of care
