People Experience Partners (PXPs) are trusted advisors and employee advocates who connect the business, employees, and the People Team to build an engaging, high-trust workplace. PXPs combine coaching, employee relations, data insights and change leadership to elevate the day-to-day experience across the entire lifecycle, from onboarding through development, performance and offboarding.
Partnering closely with an assigned geography of leaders, or client groups, as well as our Centers of Excellence and People Business Partners (PBPs), you help translate business priorities into people plans, use analytics to identify trends and risks, and orchestrate cross-functional execution of our core processes. By executing our core processes and building relationships with our employees and leaders, you help ensure measurable outcomes in engagement, retention, performance and organizational effectiveness.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Own the execution of our people agenda for assigned geography or client groups, setting priorities and success measures that align to the business strategy
  • Lead a team of PXPs within your assigned geography or client groups and partner with matrixed resources to deliver consistent people experiences across sites and functions
  • Deliver our core processes such as year-in-review, engagement action planning, talent management, workforce planning, etc. in partnership with your business and PBP leaders
  • Drive manager capabilities by consulting and coaching managers and supervisors on leadership effectiveness, team health and culture
  • In partnership with our COEs, troubleshoot and resolve complex people problems
  • Translate analytics such as turnover, mobility, time-to-hire, engagement, etc. into decisions and targeted initiatives for improvement and site-specific strategies
  • Serve as culture champion across assigned geography, facilitating listening sessions, identifying areas of opportunity and formulating strategies on initiatives to increase the employee experience based on local needs
  • Act as risk-mitigation agent for high-impact employee relations concerns while ensuring consistent and compliant outcomes
  • Guide workforce planning, requisition governance and justifications to meet location strategy or department needs

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in HR or related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams
  • Demonstrated success translating data into actionable strategies and deliverables
  • Proven experience building relationships with business partners and teams
  • Experience in change management, labor relations or organizational design
  • Driver's License and access to reliable transportation

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
