This role serves as a leader within the agency, essential for driving strategic excellence, fostering collaboration, and delivering exceptional outcomes. As a Strategy Manager, this individual is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, aligning multi-channel initiatives with client objectives to achieve measurable results. A critical component of the role is to lead the pre-sales process, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class pre-sale strategies. This includes leading the end-to-end RFP process for the biggest enterprise-level global brands and managing executive projects, often engaging directly with C-Suite stakeholders as a strategic advisor. They are tasked with translating complex business challenges into actionable, innovative solutions for both clients and internal teams. By optimizing resources, streamlining cross-functional collaboration, and implementing innovative processes, they ensure the strategy department operates efficiently and effectively. Furthermore, they play a pivotal role in accelerating business growth, proactively identifying opportunities, crafting compelling pitches, and positioning the agency as a leader in the competitive landscape.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Lead and direct proposal development processes, ensuring seamless project management and delivering exceptional client outcomes
  • Design and implement training programs to equip team members with cutting-edge skills and adapt to evolving industry trends
  • Develop strategic resource planning frameworks to optimize team capacity, balance workloads, and maintain high-quality deliverables
  • Architect integrated marketing strategies that leverage multi-channel approaches to achieve measurable client success and business growth
  • Provide strategic advisory to clients C-suite executives and internal stakeholders, translating complex challenges into actionable, innovative solutions
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure consistent alignment with client objectives and brand strategies
  • Lead the development of frameworks and processes to streamline strategic collaboration across departments and enhance efficiency
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities through a deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes
  • Drive the creation of compelling pitch materials that articulate strategic visions and showcase the value of proposed campaigns.

You'll Need To Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience at an agency working within the social, creative, business development, and/or strategy spaces
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of 2 or more direct reports
  • Extensive experience in all areas of marketing, specifically social, content, and influencer marketing
  • Proven track record in developing and presenting executive-level projects and pitches to C-suite leadership
  • A proven track record of developing successful social-first strategies and campaigns for a wide range of clients and handling large budget opportunities for Fortune 500 companies
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation
  • A visionary mindset with the ability to turn thought-starters into fully integrated strategies, pitch decks and campaigns
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working directly with brands and at agencies
