As a Project Manager on our Regulatory Consulting team, you'll work directly with medical device manufacturers, regulatory consultants, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact consulting projects that help clients navigate global regulatory requirements and achieve their business goals.
This is a highly visible role that combines project leadership, client partnership, business operations, and strategic coordination. You'll be the person who brings all the moving pieces together and helps ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience from kickoff through completion.

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $58,000 - $65,000. USD and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary.
This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday and personal days (totaling 12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).

- Build trusted relationships with medical device manufacturers around the world.
- Coordinate consultants, clients, sales teams, and operational stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
- Track project financial health and billing activities.
- Support scope management and change requests.
- Identify risks early and drive solutions.
- Facilitate client meetings and project communications.
- Ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in alignment with client expectations.
- Help improve internal processes and team operations.
- Support team members and contribute to cross-functional initiatives that drive project success and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, Operations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of project management, client services, operations, coordination, administrative leadership, or other experience involving multiple competing priorities and stakeholder management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound business decisions using available information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving action across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
- Proven ability to proactively follow up on open items and drive projects and tasks to completion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish effective workflows, track commitments, and maintain project visibility across multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail while balancing competing priorities and business objectives.
- Demonstrated curiosity and a desire to understand underlying business needs, root causes, and the rationale behind processes, decisions, and project activities.
- Experience utilizing business and project management tools such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote), Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce, PSA, or similar platforms.
- PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification is a plus, but not required.
