WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Associate Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our SMB & Mid-Market sales teams and helping our customers achieve their goals using our products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a technical background and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Qualia’s products and their technical capabilities
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales teams with technical questions and product demonstrations
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address their technical inquiries
  • Problem Solving: Analyze customer challenges and propose solutions that leverage our products
  • Documentation: Contribute to technical documentation, such as demo scripts, user guides, and training materials
  • Collaboration: Work closely with account executives to ensure successful customer outcomes
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on new product releases

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Enthusiasm: A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
