Who We Want
The Employee Success Technology team is looking for an Associate Workday Integrations Engineer; an ideal candidate applies subject matter knowledge to solve business issues. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Exercises independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Hands-on design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Integrations including Reports-as-a-Service (RaaS) with nested calculated fields, Connectors, and Outbound EIBs
- Supporting our internal business stakeholders through the Jira support intake channel, identifying and resolving issues, and providing premier support experience.
- Collaborate with IT and other Back Office functions on cross-functional projects.
- Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, develop plans to mitigate and avoid future system issues.
- Design and Develop new reports requested by stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and fix production issues and help prioritize against existing backlog based on severity and impact
- Monitor scheduled integrations and develop automated management processes
- Be able to provide backup support in the absence of an HRIS Analyst for minor issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 1-3 years of experience building Workday Integrations with RaaS, EIB, and Core Connectors
- Prerequisite knowledge of Workday’s configurable security, Core HCM Business Processes, Alerts and Notifications framework
- Experience with Workday Web Services
- Experience developing Workday custom reports and calculated fields
- Familiarity with Workday release management and change control processes
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Workday HCM certification is a plus
