Position Profile

Weaver’s Audit Administration Support team is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team.  The Audit Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Audit practice by ensuring all client deliverables comply with the Firm’s best practice and quality & risk management guidelines, which includes typing correspondence, formatting and generating reports. The Audit Administrative Assistant will interact with clients via telephone and in-person, therefore we require professionalism in presentation and communication.  We are looking for someone who is a team player, organized, and has high attention to detail. 

 To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 1 + years administrative experience
    • Punctuality and dependability are required
    • Strong customer service skills are essential
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task and take direction
    • Professional appearance and manner
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Seasonal overtime may be required
    • This position is in-office

    Weaver Compensation and Benefits: At Weaver, our most valuable resource is our people. We take the time to evaluate our employees' wants and needs and invest our resources accordingly. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $48,000 to $55,000. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. In addition to compensation packages, Weaver offers competitive health benefits, such as medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.  Further, we support our employees by offering flexible scheduled time off (STO), minimum of 56 hours of sick and safe leave, 11 holidays, and 2 scheduled recharge days! Learn more here - Weaver benefits.
