- Executes B2B billing operations for client’s retailer partners, including invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using established Oracle and spreadsheet templates; processes credit and debit memos in line with approved requests; reviews commercial contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates; performs peer reviews and reconciliations to ensure invoices are accurate and complete; responds to billing inquiries and routes complex disputes to senior team members; follows defined controls and checklists to support month-end close, and audit requests.
