We’re looking for someone at the intersection of business consulting, performance marketing, and implementation. You’ll conduct client discovery, develop tailored recommendations, and turn Zeely’s capabilities into measurable business value.

This is not a traditional Customer Success or support role. Your goal is to identify where the product can create the greatest impact and build an effective implementation strategy around it.

About Zeely

Zeely AI is an all-in-one AI marketing platform that helps small businesses and marketing teams grow and achieve their business goals.

The platform enables teams to create ad creatives, UGC videos, viral content, banners, and launch effective paid and organic campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

A few numbers that speak for themselves:

  • 4 years on the market — a stable, profitable company backed by international investors;

  • 6× growth over the past year;

  • 2,000,000+ businesses already use Zeely;

  • #1 in its category in the US market;

  • 200+ specialists on the team;

  • Markets: US + worldwide.

We’re not a startup searching for product-market fit — we’re a proven business with strong results. We’re now actively growing our B2B direction and building a solution that helps large marketing teams scale performance content with AI.

What will you work on?
  • Conducting client business discovery: understanding their goals, marketing processes, workflows, and tools;

  • Analyzing creative production and campaign launch processes to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities;

  • Developing tailored recommendations and implementation roadmaps;

  • Presenting solutions to CMO, Head of Growth, Head of Creative Marketing, and founders;

  • Integrating Zeely into the marketing team’s day-to-day workflows;

  • Coordinating implementation together with Product, Creative, and Tech teams;

  • Tracking results, product adoption, and progress toward client goals;

  • Creating implementation playbooks and standards for working with B2B clients.

What do you need to join us?
  • Hands-on experience in B2B SaaS Sales or Business Development is required;

  • 3+ years of experience in Implementation, Customer Onboarding, or Customer Success;

  • Experience conducting discovery and designing solutions for clients;

  • Understanding of performance marketing and key metrics: CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, LTV;

  • Ability to connect client business goals with product capabilities;

  • Experience presenting solutions to C-level stakeholders;

  • Strong consulting, analytical, and presentation skills;

  • Advanced English;

  • An ownership mindset and willingness to drive implementation projects end-to-end.

Nice to have
  • Experience in MarTech, AdTech, AI, or SaaS products for marketing teams;

  • Hands-on experience with paid social or creative production;

  • Experience working with enterprise clients and the US market;

  • Background in business or solution consulting;

  • Experience creating implementation playbooks.

Why join us?
  • Direct impact on client results, retention, and revenue;

  • Opportunity to work with strong marketing teams from Ukraine and the US;

  • Involvement in developing the B2B product together with Founders, Product, Sales, and Creative teams;

  • Remote-first setup with the option to work from our offices in Warsaw and Kyiv;

  • 18 days off, paid sick leave, regular performance reviews, and support with Ukrainian private entrepreneur (FOP) administration.
