As a leader in solutioning, collaborate closely with the Sales teams to deliver tailor-made product solutions that meet clients’ needs. in this role, you will drive T&E and B2B Commercial Card growth through a channel partnership sales model, leveraging banking relationships, strategic partnerships, and consultative selling to acquire and expand client relationships. Expanding JP Morgan Chase's Business Banking client base and market presence across the United States. 
 
As a Product Solutions Manager in Commercial Card Sales & Account Management, you are an integral part of a team that defines and configures complex solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities in partnership with Sales. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and communicating feedback to the Product teams. You will serve as a Commercial Card Product Solutions Manager, applying deep expertise in BRB card, virtual card, expense management, and strategic selling to establish internal and external networks, build national and industry relationships, and close cross-sell opportunities across JPMorgan Chase.

 
Job responsibilities
  • Leads solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients’ needs and objectives; drives T&E and B2B Commercial Card sales through a consultative, channel partnership sales approach
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and current industry trends; represents the firm as a Commercial Card subject matter expert internally and externally
  • Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge by collaborating on training and collateral materials; implements strategies and tactics that improve sale performance, efficiency, and profitable growth
  • Engages with client teams to better understand pain points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmap; becomes a trusted advisor to clients and partners through disciplined discovery, solution design, and follow-through
  • Manage a specified sales territory, cultivate and manage pipeline opportunities, and maintain disciplined forecasting and activity management to consistently exceed sales and profitability objectives
  • Manage the Banking Channel Partnership Model and establish strong partnerships across JPMorgan Chase business to identify, advance, and close cross-sell Commercial Card opportunities 
  • Build and activate internal and external strategic selling networks, including national and industry relationships, to expand market presence and create the new business opportunities 
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership, follow-up, and project management skills across complex sales cycles, contract negotiations, implementation timelines, and client handoffs
  • Use client, pipeline, portfolio, and market data to uncover growth opportunities, prioritize actions and improve conversion, adoption, and sales effectiveness 
  • Lead and execute special projects and assignments as required, bringing structure, accountability, and measurable outcomes to cross-functional initiatives 
  • Deliver a differentiated client experience by understanding customer needs, adapting to the client's culture and environment, building trust and rapport, and developing strategies that create sustained value 
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
  • Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis; includes experience selling complex expense management solutions with extended sales cycles, contract negotiations, and implementation timelines 
  • Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems; capable of solving business problems and providing workable solutions through logical and systematic approaches 
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization; proven ability to establish partnerships, influence stakeholder, and execute across multiple levels of the organization
  • Experience in a business-to-business sales environment, with a documented track record of success, top performance, and achievement against sales targets 
  • Excellent selling, influencing, and negotiation skills, with strong oral and written communication and senior-level presentation capabilities 
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and leverage data to uncover opportunities, shape growth strategies, and translate insights into executable actions
  • High level of integrity; energetic, competitive, goal-oriented, and highly motivated, with outstanding interpersonal, time management, and leadership skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple, diverse engagements with strong attention to detail, disciplined follow-through, and effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment 
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role, including understanding and servicing customer needs, builds trust and rapport, adapting approach to the customer's culture and environment, and developing strategies that add value 
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

  • Demonstrated expertise in Commercial Card solutions, including T&E, B2B card, virtual card, expense management, and working-capital use cases 
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets, expand market share, and deliver profitable portfolio growth 
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders, banking partners, product teams, and external clients
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify, qualify, and pursue new business and cross-sell opportunities 
  • Collaborative mindset and demonstrated ability to work seamlessly across JPMorgan Chase business units in a highly matrixed environment 
  • Experience building channel partnerships and developing national, industry, or marketplace relationships that generate pipeline and accelerate sales outcomes 
  • Proficiency using CRM, pipeline analytics, and portfolio data to manage performance, improve forecast accuracy, and identify growth opportunities
