Geeks OnSite is hiring a Business Development Representative to build partnerships with senior living and retirement communities across South Florida.

This is a field-based sales role focused on developing new business relationships, closing partnerships, and supporting long-term client engagement through onsite technology workshops for residents.

The role is best suited for someone who is comfortable working independently in the field, building relationships with decision makers, and managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

What you will do

Business development
  • Identify and prospect senior living and retirement communities in South Florida
  • Reach out to decision makers such as executive directors and administrators
  • Conduct onsite visits and relationship-building meetings
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities
Sales execution
  • Lead the full sales cycle from first contact to closing agreements
  • Present Geeks OnSite services and partnership value clearly and professionally
  • Handle objections and negotiate agreements with facility leadership
  • Maintain accurate CRM tracking and follow-up activity
Post-sale engagement
  • Conduct onsite technology workshops for residents after partnerships are established
  • Educate seniors on practical use of technology in a simple and engaging way
  • Strengthen long-term relationships with partner communities

Requirements
  • 2 to 5+ years in B2B sales, outside sales, or territory sales
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle (prospecting to close)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Professional presence and confidence in client-facing environments
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory
  • Reliable personal transportation
Preferred experience
  • Healthcare, senior living, or community partnership sales
  • Experience with onsite presentations or group facilitation
  • Background in relationship-driven or field-based sales roles
