Our client is looking for a B2B Sales Representative to join their team and drive growth by connecting businesses with advanced connectivity and technology solutions. They operate in the telecommunications and connectivity space and have strengthened their market presence in recent years through scalable infrastructure and business-focused solutions.

This role sits at the intersection of technology and client relationships, focusing on selling fiber-based broadband and connectivity services to small and mid-sized businesses. The position is ideal for a proactive and results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships while identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and qualify leads through consistent phone outreach
  • Engage with small and mid-sized businesses to understand their communication and connectivity needs
  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current customer accounts
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to uncover needs and present tailored solutions
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, including responses to RFPs when needed
  • Close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop strategies to expand revenue within assigned accounts and ensure long-term client satisfaction


Requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and sales cycles simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and disciplined approach to daily outreach
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or outside sales roles
  • Experience in telecommunications sales is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with fiber broadband or connectivity solutions is a plus
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and track performance
  • Strong communication skills and ability to quickly understand technical solutions
