This role partners with internal and external stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor network implementation projects, ensuring timely completion, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate behavioral health network implementations to meet client, regulatory, and network adequacy requirements
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to facilitate and support network implementation activities or other duties as assigned
- Monitor network adequacy, project milestones, and network readiness
- Analyze data, track progress, and communicate risks, issues, and network changes to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain project plans, reports, and documentation using project management and tracking tools
- Support process improvements to enhance implementation efficiency, compliance, and overall project outcomes
- Contribute to a team environment that is compassionate, supportive, inclusive and goal driven

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience leading complex projects and strategic initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience in Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial products
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, manage competing priorities, and drive organizational results
- Demonstrated solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Professional Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent) and experience in Agile environments
