The Bid Manager will serve as the contact point for executives, organize meetings, handle correspondence, produce reports, and manage CRM activities.
This is a remote position.
- Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
- Organising meetings with Vendors/OEMs/Consultants
- Handling correspondence directed to managers
- Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
- Producing reports and presentations
- Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems
- Managing day to day CRM activities
Requirements
Desired Background
- Graduate, Engineering, business management or related discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in similar role
