We are partnering with a growing international company in the semiconductor industry seeking an experienced, highly organized Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support its U.S. operations and facilitate communication with its corporate headquarters in South Korea.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international business environment. The ideal candidate will play an important role in supporting local management, coordinating international business activities, and ensuring seamless communication between U.S. operations and Korean headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Management Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to local management.

  • Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, prepare reports, and maintain organized business records.

  • Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business documents.

  • Support general office operations and assist with special projects as needed.

International Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as a key administrative liaison between U.S. operations and corporate headquarters in South Korea.

  • Facilitate professional communication in both English and Korean, ensuring accurate and timely information sharing.

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, documentation, and administrative requests involving U.S. management and Korean headquarters.

  • Assist with translating business correspondence and administrative materials as needed.

Business Travel & Logistics

  • Coordinate business travel arrangements for headquarters personnel visiting the United States.

  • Assist with travel itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and meeting schedules.

  • Support visiting executives and corporate personnel with scheduling, meeting preparation, and other logistical needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.

  • Language: Full fluency in English and professional business-level Korean, including written and verbal communication.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with international teams.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to independently prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working for a Korean company or the U.S. subsidiary of a Korean corporation.

  • Experience coordinating international business travel and supporting visiting executives.

  • Familiarity with Korean business culture, corporate communication practices, and international business operations.
