We are a fast-growing legal support and consulting company that partners with personal injury law firms across the United States. Our team provides administrative, operational, and client support services that help law firms improve efficiency and deliver exceptional service to their clients.

We are currently seeking a Remote Bilingual Legal Receptionist to join our team. This position is open exclusively to candidates located outside of the United States. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Previous experience in a personal injury law firm is strongly preferred.

Position Overview

The Remote Bilingual Legal Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients. This role requires excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, friendly, and committed to providing an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
  • Communicate professionally with clients in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and text.
  • Schedule consultations, appointments, and meetings.
  • Gather and accurately document client information.
  • Assist with client intake and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain accurate client records within CRM and case management systems.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide updates as directed.
  • Manage multiple phone lines and high call volumes while maintaining professionalism.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as needed.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time remote position.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Must be available during U.S. Mountain Time business hours.
  • Consistent attendance and responsiveness during scheduled work hours are required.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Must be located outside of the United States.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a receptionist, customer service, administrative, or legal support role.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a personal injury law firm is strongly preferred.
  • Experience as a Legal Receptionist, Intake Specialist, Customer Service Representative, or Legal Assistant.
  • Familiarity with legal case management or CRM systems.
  • Experience handling client intake and scheduling in a legal environment.
