Job Description: 

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchase process, helping them find the right car, truck, or SUV to meet their needs. The ideal candidate is personable, goal-driven, and committed to providing an exceptional buying experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a positive, friendly attitude
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their needs
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from test drives to financing options
  • Stay knowledgeable about inventory, pricing, and promotions
  • Follow up with prospective and current customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Complete all paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Work closely with management, the finance department, and other team members to ensure smooth transactions
  • Maintain a clean, organized showroom and lot
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual is a must
  • Previous sales experience is a plus but not required—training provided
  • High level of professionalism and personal integrity
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training is a plus
