TA Travel Centers/LV Petroleum is a rapidly growing operator of travel centers, consisting of gas stations, truck stops. truck care services. convenience stores and full service dining and quick serve restaurants. As we expand across the country, we are building out our corporate team to support this growth, ensuring low prices and high service at all of our locations.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions for our busy Truck Care Service shop in Pearsall, TX. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in bookkeeping and preferably experience in the automotive or truck service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
  • Process invoices, payments, and payroll in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting
  • Work closely with the shop manager and leadership team to ensure financial health and compliance
  • Handle tax reporting and coordination with external CPA as needed

Requirements
  • Proven bookkeeping experience (3+ years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and QuickBooks (or similar software)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience in the truck care, automotive, or similar service industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
