Role Description:

In this role, you’ll:

  • Partner directly with internal design teams, media planners, and external agency partners and vendors to establish production specs, delivery timelines, and handoff workflows.
  • Drive the asset pipeline across paid media placements, video production, and print collateral, ensuring rigorous quality control and technical compliance.
  • Monitor production milestones, budget pacing, and resource allocation to proactively identify bottlenecks and maintain velocity across channels.
  • Manage vendor contracts, scopes of work, and budget allocations to support production partner onboarding and maintain financial tracking across active campaigns.

At a minimum we’d like you to have:

  • 4 years of experience in video production at an agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Experience producing video content and managing end-to-end production workflows for multi-channel campaigns, paid media, and print materials.
  • Experience collaborating with internal design teams and external vendors or agencies.
  • Experience tracking project deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

It’s preferred if you have:

  • Experience managing on-set video production, including directing shoots, overseeing crew logistics, and managing on-location deliverables.
  • Experience coordinating paid media asset trafficking and specifications.
  • Experience managing print production and digital asset delivery.
  • Experience overseeing vendor contracts, scopes of work, and budget allocations.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on cross-functional communication and clarity.
