Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee internal relationships, serving as the primary point-of-contact between the creative team and internal stakeholders to ensure brand is expressed within guidelines.
- Contribute to creative strategy; deriving input and insights from critical stakeholders and resources that can be leveraged to drive creative solutions
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Retain ownership of overall success for each effort through oversight of project planning, execution, and delivery - ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Review analytics and performance data daily, proactively identifying trends, insights, and areas for improvement to optimize campaign performance
- Foster a collaborative team environment by encouraging open communication and resolving conflict
- Exhibit a driven and competitive mindset, with a passion for winning and exceeding expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of creative agency experience with proven expertise in creative strategy. A portfolio of the creative work with campaign results you've managed for clients would be a bonus.
- A strategic and creative thinker with strong business acumen.
- Proven campaign results, exceeding goals more often than just meeting them.
- Knowledge of online and offline marketing best practices, and the creative process.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects across a wide range of channels, including email, online paid media, video, social media, web landing pages, web.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management and agile methodologies.
- Effective presenting work to internal clients.
- Ability to use AI to improve speed, quality, and efficiency across a broad range of day-to-day tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with relevant tools such as Workfront, MS Office suite, Teams/SharePoint, Figma, and data analytics & visualization tools.
- Expertise in insurance, financial services helpful, but not required.
