The Brand Manager, reporting into the Sr. Manager of Brand, supports the development and execution of brand marketing programs across half of the calendar year (1H or 2H). This role partners closely with the Senior Brand Manager to bring brand priorities to life, taking the lead on small to medium-sized programs and contributing to larger campaign workstreams. It's a balance of creative problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on execution. 

 

The ideal Brand Manager is organized, curious, and collaborative, someone who's eager to learn from senior partners while confidently driving projects forward. They bring strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a growing instinct for what makes a moment feel distinctly YETI. This person thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in helping build a premium, relevant brand. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Campaign Support & Execution: Independently lead small to medium brand programs from kickoff through delivery, and support larger initiatives owned by the Senior Brand Manager. 

  • Brief Writing & Creative Development: Help write and refine project briefs, and collaborate with creative teams to bring brand stories to life. 

  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work with Program Management, Product Marketing, Creative, Partnerships, Social, Digital, and Retail teams to ensure projects are executed on time and on brand. 

  • Global Toolkit Prep: Assist in developing campaign toolkits and documentation for regional teams to localize global efforts. 

  • Community Pulse: Stay tapped into relevant cultural/community moments, creators, and consumer trends, surfacing ideas to infuse into brand work. 

  • Executional Excellence: Partner with Program Management to execute timelines, logistics, and especially project communication; support  and develop program retrospectives. 

 

Qualifications and Attributes: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (strongly preferred) 

  • Greater than 5 years in brand, marketing, or related fields, with demonstrated success in leading multi-channel campaigns 

  • Experience managing projects or campaigns across teams 

  • Strong writing, organization, and communication skills 

  • Curious and proactive, with a desire to grow in a brand-focused role 

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 

  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments 

  • Ability to travel up to 15% 

  • Passion for the YETI brand
