Analyzes business systems and user needs for a Medicaid application modernization project. Coordinates vendors, manages project scope, acceptance, deployment, risks, integration, and user acceptance testing. Reviews requirements, test cases, technical specifications, and project artifacts. Evaluates HHS policies and standards, supports solution implementation, and develops processes and documentation to align integrated systems with agency direction.
The Department of Information Resources (DIR) requires the services of 2 Business Analyst 3, hereafter referred to as Worker, who meets the general qualification of Business Analyst 3 and the specifications outlined in this document for the above-named customer.
