IDEALFORCE has multiple CONTRACT positions available immediately for  ​Business Analysts   to join our customer in Austin, TX.. This is an ONSITE position. Please find below additional details about this job. Client is considering only LOCAL CANDIDATES for this role.  

Job Description

Manage Customer Relationship 

• Support relationship with client/customer.

• Assist in coordinating client/customer activities/training.

Manage Requirements Development 

• Analyze and design business processes.

• Develop requirements based on input from project stakeholders.

• Maintain requirements in requirements tool.

Manage Software Quality

• Develop test conditions and expected results based on the requirements.

• Document test cases in requirements tool to confirm requirements coverage.

• Execute test cases. Log and communicate test results. Verify defect resolution. 

• Perform post-deployment verification per deployment procedures.

Manage Project Documentation 

• Review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards.

• Peer review work done by other team members

• Assist in producing documentation required for sign-off.

Manage Project Management Activities

• Report time into time tracking system in an accurate and timely manner.

• Report weekly status.  

• Maintain service request, risk, and issue documentation in project management system.

Qualifications

• Executes responsibilities in support of project work efforts.

• Demonstrate basic knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Demonstrate subject matter expertise within business and application areas.

• Share knowledge and experience with others. Coordinate own work. May coordinate work of others.

• Participate in special projects as needed.
