This is an amazing opportunity to get involved! As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will partner closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver data-driven recommendations that enhance efficiency and support key strategic initiatives.

Insight on your impact:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Create process flows, use cases, and business requirement documents (BRD).
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams during project lifecycle.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making.
- Assist in testing, validation, and implementation of new systems or enhancements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business objectives.
- Understanding basic business processes (O2C. P2P)
Your qualifications, your influence:
To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis tools.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred skills and technical familiarity:
Adding additional insight, and a growth mindset, will elevate your contribution in this role
- Experience with SQL, Power BI.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops or similar tools.
