The Care & Value Business Analyst supports the Care & Value organization through operational analysis, project coordination, and enterprise-level meeting and documentation management. This role enables execution of value-based care strategies by developing glide paths, supporting governance forums, coordinating complex stakeholder engagements, and producing high-quality analytical and presentation materials. The role requires solid healthcare knowledge, technical proficiency, and the ability to leverage Microsoft Copilot and collaboration tools to drive efficiency and consistency.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct basic to intermediate operational and business analysis in support of Care & Value initiatives
- Develop and maintain glide paths, timelines, and milestone tracking for programs and projects
- Support project planning, status tracking, and risk identification
- Coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder meetings across clinical, operational, and leadership teams
- Schedule meetings utilizing Microsoft Outlook; manage distribution lists, invitations, and follow-up communications
- Prepare agendas, pre-read materials, executive summaries, and post-meeting documentation
- Capture meeting decisions, action items, and ensure timely follow-up
- Create, edit, and maintain professional, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations
- Maintain organized project documentation using SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and approved storage platforms
- Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel functionality (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) to support reporting and tracking
- Actively use Microsoft Copilot to accelerate analysis, document creation, meeting preparation, and workflow efficiency
- Use and help develop best practices to continuously improve the Care & Value team and its initiatives
- Ensure deliverables align with Optum/WellMed standards for quality, branding, and accuracy

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of healthcare experience, preferably within value-based care, provider operations, or managed care
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-enabled productivity tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams, including complex calendar management and collaboration
- Proven solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within Optum, WellMed, UnitedHealth Group, or similar enterprise healthcare organizations
- Experience supporting executive-level meetings or governance forums
- Familiarity with value-based care performance models and provider incentives
