HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Compiling, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data, both written and verbally, related to current and future operation
- Creating Executive-level reports, charts, graphs, and presentations to aid in proposing new strategies for successful business changes
- Managing day-to-day operational aspects of disaster event management to ensure successful implementation of project tasks and customer treatments including time-sensitive and critical deployment strategies.
- Creating and maintaining Business Continuity and Incident Response plans, directing work efforts, reviewing integrated project timelines, escalating and communicating resource needs, ensuring completion of quality reviews, and driving the resolution of issues as appropriate.
- Recommending use of new technology or existing technology alternatives to solve problems or make improvements
- Assisting in business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology and process related to the Disaster Events Action Plan program.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience:
- Business analysis or related experience: 2 years or more
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Procedural documentation and project implementation
- Demonstrated customer service and peer-to-peer leadership
- Excellent executive-level presentation
- Abilities:
- Quickly identify business problems & opportunities; prioritize & organize effectively
- Analyze & interpret data
- Communicate clearly both orally and in writing
- Utilize critical thinking to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
- Demonstrated technical concept writing and draft process documentation
- Schedule:
- Four in-office days weekly
- Flexible schedule and ability to remain available 24 hours, 7 days a week to resolve any issues that may occur
- May be required to work outside of normal business hours as part of on-call rotation and scheduled coverage
