The Job At-A-Glance:

As a Business Analyst on our Fraudtech Pods, you’ll translate data into insights that drive product strategy, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. You’ll partner across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to:

  • Define & Track Metrics: Build dashboards and reports on fraud trends, case resolution times, platform health, and ROI.

  • Perform Deep-Dive Analyses: Conduct root-cause, cohort, and A/B test investigations to surface risks and opportunities.

  • Drive Prioritization: Help the team prioritize features and investigations based on impact and ROI.

  • Enable Cross-Functional Initiatives: Support larger, strategic fraud engagements across multiple teams and partners.

  • Support Roadmap Execution: Ensure requirements are clear, acceptance criteria measurable, and delivery aligned to business goals.

  • Communicate Insights: Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, tying analytics back to our investment case and customer objectives.

  • Leverage AI/LLMs: Utilize ChatGPT or similar large language models to automate reporting, generate hypotheses, and accelerate data exploration.

What People Say About You
  • You turn raw data into actionable intelligence, connecting analytics to customer pain points and revenue levers.

  • You’re fluent in SQL (or Python/R), Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).

  • You’re comfortable prompting and fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT) to draft analyses, summarize findings, and automate routine tasks.

  • You excel at clear documentation—requirements specs, user stories, and executive summaries.

  • You thrive in cross-functional settings, earning trust from Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales teams.

  • You have a strong business mindset—able to quantify impact, build a business case, and measure outcomes against OKRs.

Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of Business Analyst or Data Analyst experience, preferably in SaaS, digital banking, or fraud domains.

  • Proven track record partnering with product and engineering teams to deliver data-driven insights.

  • Strong technical skills in SQL and Excel, plus experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.

  • Demonstrated fluency with AI/LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT) for analysis and reporting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to tailor messages for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
