We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Business Analyst to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that fuel company growth. In this role, you will take ownership of recurring reporting, build high-impact dashboards, and dive deep into user acquisition, engagement, and revenue trends. You will turn raw performance metrics into structured stories and executive summaries, serving as a go-to analytical partner for key business leads in a fast-paced environment.
ABOUT THIS TEAM
The Business Strategy & Analytics team sits within Finance and partners across FP&A, Jobs, Product, Marketing, Email, Customer Service and BI teams to support business decision-making through data and insights. The team focuses on monitoring business performance, understanding user behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting key initiatives across different business lines.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics
- Analyze user acquisition, engagement, job search behavior, application activity, and revenue trends
- Monitor key business KPIs and identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, search performance, retention, and monetization
- Partner with stakeholders across FP&A, Jobs, Product, Marketing, Email and Customer Service to answer business questions through data analysis.
- Prepare presentations and summaries to communicate insights and recommendations
- Assist in evaluating new initiatives and business opportunities through data-driven analysis
- Support ad hoc analyses and reporting requests from leadership and business teams
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Analytics, Finance, Business Intelligence, Consulting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
