About the Role:

Aligns data, reporting, and technology solutions with Commercial & Consumer Lending business strategy to enhance forecasting accuracy, improve reporting capabilities, drive operational efficiency, and support revenue performance management. Partners closely with Revenue Operations and business leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights across Salesforce, Power BI, and Power Platform environments.

What You Will Do:

  • Uses knowledge of business processes, data structure, and reporting systems to identify and solve data-driven problems across Commercial & Consumer Lending.
  • Actively participates in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of dashboards, models, and reporting solutions supporting revenue, pipeline, funding, and performance management.
  • Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and visualization design to support forecasting, funding calendars, conversion ratios, and KPI tracking.
  • Designs and enhances Power Apps solutions to support business workflows, tracking tools, and data collection initiatives.
  • Develops Salesforce reports and dashboards, supports stage logic analysis, and partners with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and usability.
  • Assists in daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages, highlighting results, trends, and variance analysis for senior leadership.
  • Supports data governance efforts by reinforcing standard definitions, improving data quality, and identifying gaps across systems.
  • Generates ad hoc reports and performs advanced data analysis to support executive requests, GTM business cases, and strategic initiatives.
  • Identifies opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve operational efficiency using technology solutions.
  • Works closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Product, FP&A, Credit, and Operations to gather requirements and deliver scalable reporting solutions.
  • Manages multiple reporting and analytics workstreams simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develops a consistent view of product performance and operational support metrics.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically 3+ years of experience in business analytics, revenue operations, financial reporting, or related analytical role.
  • Preferred experience includes:
  • Salesforce reporting and data structure
  • Power BI dashboard development and DAX
  • Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps
  • Financial services, lending, or revenue performance environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business insight
  • High attention to detail and data integrity

Salary range:  $60,000 – $100,500

 
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
