Summary:
This role will report to the Senior Manager of QTC Operations and collaborate closely with Deal Desk, Business Finance, Billing, and IT. The ideal candidate will have strong business process expertise, technical knowledge, and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Translate business needs into clear, documented technical requirements and manage them through the full Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle, including Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), billing, and collections. • Act as the primary liaison between DFIN IT team, and critical functional teams (Deal Desk, Billing Operations, Business Finance, etc.). • Develop and execute plans to ensure successful implementation of system updates and enhancements. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system requirements to support understanding and compliance. • Manage testing and implementation plans for system updates, including product catalog releases, price changes, and other updates. • Maintain strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders. • Support internal and external audit requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Systems Engineering, or a minimum 3 years equivalent work experience. • Strong understanding of business processes and supporting systems. • Project Management Experience • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects to successful outcomes. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
Preferred: • Experience with Zuora CPQ and Zuora Billing/Invoicing, or other enterprise CPQ and invoicing platforms
