As a Business Operations Analyst in the Access Management Group Center of Excellence, you deliver quality customer service to internal clients by processing user access requests and resolving access issues. You leverage multiple tools and systems to execute access administration and serve as a liaison between business partners and technology teams. You ensure compliance with access control policies and standards, supporting secure business operations. You work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to provide clear, effective solutions. Your contributions help maintain a safe and productive workplace for everyone.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process user access requests using multiple tools and systems
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to internal clients
  • Resolve access issues and serve as a liaison to business partners
  • Ensure compliance with access control policies and standards
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to address access needs
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of employees
  • Provide accurate problem identification, escalation handling, and ticket documentation
  • Take ownership of client issues and engage appropriate parties for resolution
  • Support production activities and maintain detailed records

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a customer service focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and partner with business stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of access controls and business function access needs
  • Experience providing production support and handling escalations
  • Ability to work with employees at all levels, including executives
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading small to medium-scale initiatives and projects

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Previous experience with access administration or risk/controls
  • Strong understanding of strategy and technology across the firm
  • Demonstrated ability to influence people internally and externally
  • Ability to present access information in clear business terms
  • Experience supporting multiple lines of business
  • Familiarity with office automation tools
  • Experience in a Center of Excellence or similar environment
