Role Summary
We are hiring a Business Analyst to identify, quantify, and eliminate operating cost leakage. This role exists to drive real, measurable savings; not reporting output. Success is defined by sustained ~1% month-over-month OPEX improvement through disciplined analysis and execution.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify operating cost leakage across workflows, systems, and spend categories
- Perform root cause analysis using first-principles thinking
- Build clear, defensible savings recommendations tied to real dollars
- Work across M365, Rippling, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Power BI to reconcile data and validate sources of truth
- Partner with Operations, Finance, and Systems to drive implementation
- Track and validate savings to ensure durability

Required Skills & Experience
- Practical experience with Lean / Continuous Improvement methods

- Background in Operations, Business, or Engineering
