What You’ll Be Doing:

As part of a collaborative Business Development team, you will...

  • Work closely with company leaders to promote and sell our professional services designed to help organizations improve their business's financial and technology operations.

  • Develop meaningful relationships with referral partners and decision-makers in your market

  • Facilitate and attend local networking events with your referral partners for prospects in your area

  • Participate in local networking organizations to help spread brand awareness

  • Have a voice in what the day-to-day objectives will be and what success looks like in this position.

  • Partner with practice Directors to identify, develop, qualify, and nurture new leads

  • Prospect new companies and make introductions to the Bridgepoint team.

  • Continually expand your expertise and knowledge in the finance and accounting areas to ensure the highest level of personal and company success

What Bridgepoint is Looking for:

  • 5+ years of building and maintaining relationships in professional accounting, finance, or technology fields

  • Working knowledge of finance and accounting industry-related topics, such as risk and compliance, software selection/implementation, GAAP, etc.

  • Extrovert trapped in an introvert role – an expert networker and connector

  • Strong self-motivation with a results-oriented mindset

  • Ability to leverage your network of current clients and our database of target accounts to build, strengthen and nurture relationships - a focus in the private equity sector is a plus

  • Committed to building strong relationships

  • Demonstrated skills in interacting with C-level executives

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
