Are you ready to build the future of finance? At COUNTER Fin, we aren’t looking for employees; we’re looking for partners in growth. We are a fast-paced startup disrupting how brands and businesses handle their financial operations. We need a high-velocity Business Development Associate who is motivated by one thing: Closing.
This is a 100% commission-based role with a massive upside. If you are tired of corporate ceilings and want your income to directly reflect your hustle, COUNTER Fin is where you belong.
The Mission
As our BDA, you are the tip of the spear. You will identify high-growth prospects, navigate complex decision-making loops, and onboard the next wave of industry leaders to the COUNTER Fin ecosystem.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Identify & Conquer: Research and target high-value prospects (SMEs, E-commerce brands, and VC-backed startups) that need better financial infrastructure.
- The Discovery Phase: Lead high-level consultations to uncover pain points in a prospect's current financial workflow.
- Strategic Pitching: Master the COUNTER Fin value proposition. You aren’t just selling a tool; you’re selling efficiency, clarity, and growth.
- Pipeline Management: Own your funnel from cold outreach to signed contract.
- Market Feedback: As a startup, we move fast. You’ll provide direct feedback from the field to our product team to help shape our roadmap.
What We’re Looking For
- The Startup Mindset: You don’t need a manual; you figure it out. You thrive in ambiguity and love the "build" phase.
- Sales Instincts: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, Fintech, or SaaS is preferred, but a proven track record of "hunting" is what matters most.
- Financial Literacy: You can speak the language of business—margins, ROI, and operational efficiency.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with modern CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Resilience: You view "No" as a request for more information.
Why Join COUNTER Fin?
- Uncapped Commissions: We don’t believe in limits. Your earning potential is tied directly to your performance.
- Equity Potential: As an early-stage contributor, top performers may have the opportunity to earn equity/stock options as the company scales.
- Lead the Category: Help us define a new standard in financial technology.
- Radical Flexibility: We care about results, not clock-in times. Work from anywhere and manage your own book of business.
Our Values
- Accountability: We own our wins and our losses.
- Velocity: We move faster than the big banks ever could.
- Transparency: Clear communication is our default setting.
