Job Description

The Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our New Business Team. If you're great at finding opportunities and closing deals, this role is for you!

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Work with Sales Development to uncover opportunities in the US enterprise brand market through networking, research, and outreach.

  • Lead Management: Nurture leads and guide them through the sales process using Salesforce CRM.

  • Solution Selling: Understand complex client needs and match them with Cint's solutions.

  • Proposal Creation: Craft compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.

  • Deal Closing: Navigate negotiations and close deals effectively.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

 

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, with 2+ years of proven success in new business development, preferably selling to enterprise-level clients in the US market.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions or market research/insights platforms is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence senior-level executives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing complex sales cycles.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for winning enterprise-level deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and experience with lead generation processes and tools.

 

Additional Information

Anticipated Salary Range (US Only):

The anticipated pay range for this role is $67,000 to $97,000 annual base salary with on target annual commission of $53,600 - $77,600. In addition, this position is also eligible for the following benefits:
