Aethir is looking for a hungry, metrics-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us identify and engage new enterprise customers in the AI and infrastructure space. This role is for someone who thrives on outbound prospecting, loves the hunt, and has a knack for starting high-quality conversations with the right decision makers.

You’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads among companies that rely on large-scale GPU compute — from AI startups training LLMs to enterprises running heavy workloads. Working closely with our marketing and sales teams, you’ll be on the front lines of Aethir’s growth in the US market.

If you’ve got 1+ year of BDR/SDR experience in IaaS, AI, or related fields, understand the value of GPUs (and can explain why H100s are game-changing), and want to be part of a rocketship startup bridging Web2 and Web3 infrastructure — this is your chance.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify leads, identifying potential clients that need or want enterprise-grade GPU-based compute (e.g. NVIDIA H100s, H200s or A100s). Always be opening - kill your metrics.  Hit your daily goals in order to hit your long term goals
  • Orchestrate Linkedin/Email/Phone calls sequences into target accounts to book meetings with the right decision makers and influencers.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches of Aethir's AI-centric offerings to entice prospects to learn more. We have some of the most competitive rates for GPU compute in the world, all backed by enterprise SLAs.
  • Partner with marketing to identify and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Aethir's evolving product portfolio

Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of successful sales development experience, preferably in the cloud computing or bare metal or AI solutions sectors
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales metrics in a complex B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of the current AI landscape and its applications across various industries (e.g. Training/LLM)
  • Experience in an early-stage startup technology company is required. Even better if you understand Web3, tokenomics/cryptocurrency principles (but that part can be taught)
  • You must know what a GPU is - and why it matters in this world (specifically H100s and A100s and high-end GPUs).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. We operate in English - if you know Mandarin as well, that's a big bonus, but not required.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision (across multiple timezones)
  • Proficient in CRM software (Hubspot) and other relevant sales tools - we live and die by the numbers
  • Interest in growing into a full cycle sales position for career advancement

Benefits
  • Hypergrowth Startup Environment
  • Fantastic Career Progression Opportunities
  • Work within a Global and Local Team
  • Collaborative and innovative work environment with opportunities to contribute to cutting-edge projects
  • Highly rewarding commission structure — potential to reach 7 figures in earnings
