The role

As a BDR, you’re the engine of our sales growth - the first connection between beqom and future customers. This is the perfect role if you’re ambitious, curious, and ready to launch a career in tech sales.

You’ll:

  • Engage with decision-makers across HR and business functions.
  • Qualify inbound leads and create new opportunities through outbound outreach.
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, Nooks and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build pipeline and open doors for our sales team.
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to drive measurable impact.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in sales, BDR/SDR, or customer-facing roles (internships welcome) in SaaS or tech sales.
  • Great communication skills and confidence engaging senior leaders.
  • A self-starter mindset - resilient, organized, and motivated by results.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a big plus.
  • This role is based in New York and requires in-office presence 3 days per week.

  • Know your way around HubSpot, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
