The Role
We’re hiring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive new business through cold outbound — calling restaurant owners & decision makers, creating urgency, and booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives.

This is a phone-first, high-volume prospecting role — ideal for competitive sellers who want to build elite sales fundamentals.

You will prospect, cold call, handle objections, control conversations, and win decision-maker attention — daily.If you want to build real sales skill, compete at a high level, and be part of a performance-driven revenue org, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Cold call restaurant owners to generate qualified meetings for AEs
  • Run high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, follow-ups, tasks)
  • Position value quickly and confidently in fast-paced conversations
  • Handle objections and earn commitment from busy decision-makers
  • Maintain clean activity, notes, and outcomes in Salesforce
  • Hit daily execution standards for dials, talk time, connects, and meetings set
  • Continuously improve through call coaching, QA, and performance feedback

Preferred Background

  • Experience in outbound, call-center, SMB, or high-velocity sales is a plus
  • Restaurant, hospitality, or local business exposure is helpful — not required
