About the Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) supporting our Client Sales Advisors (Expansion Sales Reps), you’ll be on the front lines of pipeline creation—strategically engaging existing customers to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Intermedia’s portfolio of solutions. Your goal is to generate high-quality opportunities and book meetings that enable the CSAs to close business and grow existing accounts.
You’ll thrive in a high-energy, high-accountability sales environment, and play a critical role in the success of this newly launched, in-office team.
What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to existing Intermedia customers to identify expansion potential.
  • Qualify needs and business priorities for UCaaS, CCaaS, and other cloud-based solutions.
  • Book discovery meetings for Client Sales Advisors, ensuring a seamless handoff.
  • Use Salesforce and sales enablement tools to track activity, build lists, and manage outreach sequences.
  • Collaborate daily with Client Sales Advisors to strategize on account targeting and follow-up.
  • Share prospect feedback with Sales and Marketing to continuously improve messaging and campaigns.
  • Stay up to date on Intermedia products, partner incentives, and competitive positioning.
  • Meet or exceed activity and opportunity creation KPIs monthly.
What You Bring to the Role

  • 1+ years in a B2B business development, inside sales, or lead generation role; experience in cloud/SaaS a plus.
  • Curiosity, high energy, a bias for action, and a passion for helping customers.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone and through email.
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM for tracking pipeline and outreach.
  • Familiarity with UCaaS, contact center, cloud storage, or business productivity applications is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative sales pod structure.
  • Willingness and ability to work in-office at least 4 days/week in the Denver location.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if experience is aligned.
