Why work at Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create the tools and resources our customers need to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.

Where we work
Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. The team of over 1400 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in-house AI R&D team.

The role

As a Nebius BDR, you will be the first point of contact for leading companies across America exploring next-generation cloud and AI solutions. Working closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams, you will build and qualify pipeline to accelerate Nebius’s growth in US markets.

You’re welcome to work remotely from the US - SF Bay Area, NYC, Austin TX or Boston.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Territory & Account Penetration
Collaborate with AEs to map and prioritize target accounts across America, then execute a mix of outbound calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to secure qualified meetings.
  • Inbound Lead Qualification
Screen and qualify inbound MQLs generated by Marketing, ensuring each prospect meets BANT criteria before handing off a detailed prospect brief to AEs.
  • Customer & Market Engagement
Conduct qualification calls to uncover customer pain points, technical requirements, and budget. You’ll also represent Nebius at key American tech events, book on-site meetings, and follow up to maximize ROI.
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement
Gather market intelligence (common objections, competitive insights, feature requests) during prospect conversations and share it with Product and Marketing. Monitor outreach metrics—open rates, reply rates, connect rates—and collaborate with Sales Ops to optimize cadences and scripts. Stay up to date on AI and cloud trends (e.g., generative AI in pharma R&D) to position Nebius’s value proposition effectively.

We expect you to have:

  • 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience in cloud, B2B SaaS, or AI, with a proven track record targeting American markets.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts (AI architectures, ML workflows) to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong cross-cultural awareness and adaptability. Collaborative team player comfortable operating in a hybrid office model.

It will be an added bonus if you have:

  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and sales engagement tools such as Outreach.

Key employee benefits:

  • Health insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental and vision coverage for employees and families.
  • 401(k) plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.
  • Parental leave: 20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.
  • Remote work reimbursement: Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.
  • Disability & life insurance: Company-paid short-term, long-term and life insurance coverage.
