Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Account Executives to identify and prioritize accounts that align with our business objectives.

  • Conduct proactive outreach through calls, emails, social engagement, and personalized video messages.

  • Create thoughtful, tailored messaging that resonates with decision-makers and sparks genuine conversations.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate qualified opportunities and meet quarterly goals.

  • Engage with C-level executives and senior leaders to uncover their business challenges and explore how Zoom can help.

  • Experiment with new outreach strategies — creativity is encouraged!

What We're Looking For:

  • A track record of success in a high-volume outbound or sales development role.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills. You know how to make your message stand out.

  • Comfort connecting with senior executives and adapting your approach to different audiences.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$56,500.00

Maximum:

$105,900.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
