As a Business Development Representative at Decoda Health, you will manage outbound campaigns, identify clinics, qualify leads, and book meetings. Business Development Representative

Decoda Health is looking for a high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR).

Most healthcare software is fragmented and inefficient—too many separate tools, too much manual data entry, and systems that don’t communicate. We’re changing that by building a unified, AI-powered platform for elective care clinics, streamlining the entire patient journey from start to finish.

We help clinics catch more calls, follow up faster, book more patients, and slash admin work—because in elective care, inefficiency means lost revenue.

We move quickly, and we only want proactive, driven team members.

What you’ll do
  • Own the top of the sales funnel, end to end.

  • Run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and social channels.

  • Identify and target high-value clinics (med spas, aesthetics, wellness, weight loss).

  • Craft compelling messaging that elicits responses.

  • Qualify leads based on meaningful revenue challenges.

  • Book discovery meetings and build a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Maintain a clean, accurate CRM.

  • Collaborate directly with the Head of Sales.

Who this isn’t for
  • No inbound leads or hand-holding—this is pure outbound.

  • No rigid scripts or playbooks—success depends on initiative and adaptability.

  • High expectations and accountability.

If you need step-by-step guidance, this isn’t the role for you. But if you’re competitive and want to make an impact, read on.

What we’re looking for
  • 1–2+ years’ experience in SDR/BDR or similar sales roles.

  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding meeting targets.

  • Strong outbound capability across multiple channels.

  • Clear, direct communicator.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup.

  • Bonus: Experience selling into healthcare or medspa environments.

What you get
  • Competitive base salary plus aggressive commissions.

  • True ownership over your pipeline and results—no busywork.

  • Healthcare stipend.

  • Fast advancement for strong performers.

If you want comfort, look elsewhere. If you want to outperform average, set yourself apart, and be rewarded for it—apply now.
