Deepwatch is looking for a Business Development & Sales Enablement Manager to strengthen pipeline quality and enable our sales organization to successfully position and sell our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solutions.This role sits at the intersection of pipeline generation, sales execution, and enablement. You manage BDRs, equip sellers, and partners with the training, tools, and messaging needed to succeed in complex cybersecurity sales. MDR buyers are sophisticated and outcomes-driven, and this role plays a key part in ensuring our go-to-market teams sell with credibility, consistency, and confidence.
Success in this role is measured by improved pipeline quality, faster ramp for new sellers, and stronger conversion across direct and partner-led sales motions.
In This Role, You’ll Get To:- Improve MDR pipeline quality by strengthening BDR onboarding, qualification, and discovery
- Design and deliver onboarding program loop ams for new sales hires and outsourced BDR partners
- Build and maintain MDR sales assets, including playbooks, battlecards, solution briefs, and case studies
- Lead ongoing sales enablement sessions focused on product knowledge, messaging, and selling strategies
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align enablement efforts with go-to-market priorities
- Develop and execute channel and partner enablement programs to support MDR growth
- Manage and support sales enablement tools and content repositories
- Use data and pipeline insights to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and adjust as needed
- Understand complex B2B sales cycles and how security buyers evaluate MDR solutions
- Translate technical cybersecurity concepts into clear, compelling sales messaging
- Drive consistency in qualification and discovery using structured sales methodologies
- Build strong relationships with sales teams, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Manage multiple initiatives while staying focused on outcomes
- Learn Deepwatch’s MDR offerings, target customers, and sales process
- Assess existing enablement programs and identify gaps
- Refresh or refine core MDR messaging and sales assets
- Launch or enhance regular enablement sessions for sales and BDR teams
- Show early impact through improved onboarding, messaging clarity, or pipeline quality
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, business development, sales training, or a related role
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS or technology sales teams
- Proven ability to enable BDRs, sellers, and partners
- Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills
- Comfort using data to measure effectiveness and drive improvement
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar
- Experience in cybersecurity, MDR, or managed security services
- Experience working with channel or partner-led sales models
- Experience in a hybrid or distributed sales environment
Statutory Pay Disclosure
The anticipated salary range for this role is $160,000 - $193,000 + bonus + stock options + benefits. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
