Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for driving content acquisition, strategic partnerships, and key account management for Razer Gold. The role works closely with the global business development team to expand the gaming and entertainment content pipeline, negotiate commercial agreements, develop growth opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
The incumbent will manage and strengthen relationships with enterprise merchants, identify opportunities to expand partnerships, coordinate cross-functional support, and serve as a trusted advisor to key partners. The ideal candidate is a results-driven business development professional with strong stakeholder management skills, proven experience in partnership growth, and a solid network within the gaming and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire digital content (games and entertainment) for Razer Gold.
  • Negotiate agreements with partners and manage, review and renew such agreements as required to maximize business interests for Razer Gold.
  • Work with global business development team to develop growth strategy, business partnerships pipeline and acquire digital content that drives revenue for Razer Gold.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with enterprise merchants through developing a trusted advisor relationship with key merchants.
  • Communicate with clients frequently to understand their needs and explain our product value while using data to identify areas of opportunities to expand our partnerships.
  • Serve as the point of contact between Razer Gold and merchants. In collaboration with internal departments, work to facilitate merchants’ needs and objectives in a timely manner.
  • Act as a merchant advocate with a focus on improving the Razer Gold experience to unlock new avenues of business with existing merchants and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales objectives.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and services, remaining current always.
  • Prepare reports on merchant statuses and communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders as required

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualifying degree with more than 3 years of experience in the online gaming/digital content or payment service industry.
  • Demonstrate experience with a successful track record in content acquisition and building relationships/account management. ·
  • Has a strong network of contacts in the games and entertainment industry.
  • Has knowledge of the online gaming content/industry and its competitive background.
  • Has understanding of PC and mobile game content development processes, pipelines, workflows and tools.
  • Good analytical skills, capable of doing in-depth analysis, to provide business insights and develop strategies to counter challenges and grow new businesses.
  • Own and maintain an extensive partnerships network in the gaming and entertainment content industry. Experience in working with international partners and global/regional partnerships.
  • Excellent team player.
