As a Customer Solutions Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring every solution is delivered smoothly and with care.
This permanent role combines coordination, problem-solving, and relationship-building to create exceptional customer experiences. You’ll manage contracts, oversee service delivery, and work closely with suppliers and partners to keep projects on track.   • Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service (around three years) 

  • Strong organisational and time management skills that keep things running smoothly 

  • Ability to write clearly for different audiences 

  • A knack for problem-solving and thinking proactively 

  • Comfortable working on your own while contributing to a supportive team environment 

  • Quick to learn and flexible when things change 

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies 

  • Knowledge of telco and data services is essential

How will you support our “Why?”

As a Customer Solutions Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing our values to life by ensuring our customers feel supported and cared for every step of the way. You’ll work closely with customers, sales teams, and technical experts to make sure solutions are delivered seamlessly and with heart. 

  • Coordinating customer solutions and ensuring successful delivery 

  • Assisting with procurement and logistics to keep projects on track 

  • Managing customer contracts and Service Level Agreements 

  • Performing quality checks after implementation to maintain high standards 

  • Responding to inbound calls and enquiries with empathy and clarity 

  • Handling orders and liaising with management to resolve issues promptly 

  • Working with wholesale suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve order challenges 

  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry 

  • Jumping in to help with other tasks as needed
