About the Role 

We’re looking for an analytical, detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to support data-driven decision making & strategy across the company. This role will work with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations, helping turn raw data into insights that improve efficiency, performance, and growth.

This role is ideal for someone who is technically savvy, strong in SQL, and excited to build the reporting foundation that helps a growing business run smarter.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with revenue, product, sales, marketing, and customer success to define how they measure success and build the tools (dashboards, reports) to operationalize
  • Analyze business performance metrics and surface actionable insights
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and business leaders to support forecasting, planning, and goal-tracking
  • Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies and recommend process or data improvements
  • Support ad-hoc analysis for leadership and cross-functional initiatives
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems Help document metrics definitions, reporting logic, and operational processes
What We’re Looking For
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • 3+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, consulting, finance, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL or Python (required)
  • Experience working with dashboards or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus
  • Ability to communicate with data—clearly explaining findings and implications to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and to connect insights to the big picture
  • Experience with Python for scripting, automation, or working with APIs (nice to have)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail


This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
