As a Business Operations Manager within the CB Business Operations & Control team at JPMorganChase, you will be responsible for planning, directing, organizing and administering various operational activities for the CB Business Operations Executive & Team. You will drive priorities in alignment with strategic and operational plan by defining key priorities and their related metrics and performance reporting. You will bring excellent organization, collaboration and communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong desire to facilitate efficient decision making. Demonstrated business management skills for C-suite level is a must. 


Job responsibilities

  • Drive priorities in alignment with strategic and operational plan; defining key priorities, and their related metrics and performance reporting.
  • Own and drive the management process and cadence for the CB BOE  - How we run our business, escalate | elevate, utilize leadership meeting, agenda topics, follow ups, plan offsites, overall “Air Traffic Control”.
  • Provide reporting for Executive Management – monthly, All Hands, Ad-hoc.
  • Provide external communication strategy – Who we are, what we do including  consistent branding.
  • Provide comprehensive, intentional communication across the teams, including monthly newsletters,  extended staff meetings, key partner interaction, TEAMS site strategy etc.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve employee engagement & satisfaction.
  • Facilitate Financial / Resource / Capacity Planning.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • BS/BA/Advanced degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics or a related field Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PitchPro, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and SharePoint.
  • Superior strategic/break-through thinking and problem solving skills including the ability to synthesize conclusions and effectively communicate them to management.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Self-directed, consultative, creative, resourceful driven leader.
  • Demonstrated business management for C-suite level.
  • Demonstrated track record of high quality execution.
  • Able to prioritize issues and multi-task effectively to handle multiple assignments.
  • Able to quickly and effectively respond to rapidly changing business needs and urgent requests.
  • Excellent influencing skills, including ability to work effectively across a large organization, execute projects, and build and manage cross-functional relationships.

  • Exceptional logical writing and verbal communication skills, including ability to convey complex ideas simply.
  • Strong project management abilities, including the ability to juggle multiple deliverables simultaneously.
