  • Engaging and facilitating workshops with client stakeholders — including cross-functional and executive audiences — to build understanding and drive adoption of new processes, tools, or templates
  • Identifying opportunities to apply AI, automation, and data-driven insight to modernize client processes and improve operational performance
  • Owning end-to-end client workstreams related to ways of working, which includes project management and coordination between teams
Who are you going to work with?

You will join a team of highly skilled consultants within MAP, part of WPP Enterprise Solutions, becoming part of a dynamic, international environment with plenty of opportunities to develop your personal and professional skills.

We are a leader within our field and a transformation partner for some of the most admired brands in the world.

What do you bring to the table?

As a person, you are a positive, sociable team player who enjoys collaborating across teams. You have a strong drive, a self-starter and can-do mentality, and a strategic and analytical mindset that lets you see the big picture while staying structured and detail-oriented. You are strong at building relationships, running processes, and translating complexity into clear, compelling stories. In addition, you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or a similar field
  • 5-8 years of experience in Business Architecture, Process Consulting, Organization Design, Change Management or similar disciplines
  • Working knowledge of business architecture practices such as process design, value streams, and operating model design
  • A demonstrated ability to work in complex, matrixed environments, both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, including research, writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to form and maintain cross-functional relationships and drive stakeholder alignment
  • A willingness to travel and be flexible, as many of our clients and colleagues are located in other time zones
